Honestly this thing help me a lot because personally I and some of my friends who did the exercise in the group had a common view. I said a common view, is not a goal because we have different goals but we all have the same vision to be a more healthy person or go for a great vision. This thing helps us to make effort not the effort bound to our words but the main thing is we all put effort in all our day-to-day efforts.
So make a friend group having the same goal or maybe having a common vision, And if you are not able to do this, Use the Internet and find a community online maybe it will help you. Just try as many things as you want, because this helps a lot to get the maximum through the group’s collective vision or having a collective common vision. This helps a lot to you just find a group.
